THE SPIRIT JOURNAL
The objective of the Spirit Journal is to develop a resource to share information about the journey creating spirits with our community of patrons, extended family as we like to think of you all. This is in line with the approach we have adopted to share cocktail recipes to entertain and enhance your enjoyment with friends and family.
The Spirit Journal will also be a place where seasonal farming activities are highlighted so that you can share in the activities that include lambing, shearing, sowing and harvesting among the myriads of activities that occupy us during the year.
The Spirit Journal may even be a place to share our views and thoughts about creating better value added products from commodities that this country produces. Essentially, The Spirit Journal is a way of communicating with our extended family about what is happening in the world of creative spirits, farming activities and experience and what we are proposing to move along the value chain.
