Tamarama distillers strive to create a collection of spirits that will intrigue and encourage you to create cocktails that add that special spark to your special celebration, or you can just relax and reflect on the roller coaster that is life. Tamarama Distillery offers a range of gin that elevates juniper or citrus flavours to satisfy your flavour preferences and includes a gin with an Australian twist. Our distillers have also created a subtle, smooth vodka with light citrus and floral notes from lemon myrtle. If you like robust aromatics then our Ouzo will certainly deliver all the fennel, aniseed and star anise you can imagine with a few other treats and surprises for your taste buds.
Tamarama Distillery’s luscious, rich and exotic liqueurs will reward you with fruits, herbs and spices immersed in selected spirits that highlight the aroma and enhances taste with a sweet smooth finish. Spirit selection is tailored to enhance flavour and can include New Make Spirit, wheat based neutral grain spirit or oak matured spirit such as rum or brandy. Botanicals with fruits, herbs and spices are selected for their contribution to the finished liqueur and are macerated to infuse the alcohol. Our coffee liqueurs are based on Ethiopian and Columbian arabica coffee to express the flavours and aromas that meet our distillers’ expectations.
Gin, vodka and ouzo spirits created by our distillers have been crafted into a selection of cocktails for your enjoyment. Cocktails are presented in a ready to drink format to make them readily accessible and are delivered in a Sleek 330mL can at 6% ABV, or 1.6 standard drinks. Our Black Russian is more robust to ensure that the flavour is balanced at 7.5% ABV or 2 standard drinks. All cocktails are best served chilled and will reward you with an aroma and taste that just keeps on giving.
