SPIRIT MAKING EXPERIENCE
So, you have always wanted to make your own gin, well sit right down and let us get started. We commence the proceedings with a distillery tour so that you understand the processes involved in creating a premium spirit.
Our distillers and drinking consultants (yes, that is a real operating title!) will then take you on a journey through the evolution of gin and the various expressions of the spirit. You will be exposed to the various botanicals used to develop gin starting from a base recipe and launching into a cornucopia of tastes and aromas. Learn how to blend the aromas and define what type of gin you want to develop all the while supported by our team. It is up to you, but we will help you achieve your spiritual taste sensation.
The Creative Spirit Experience includes these items to make the journey exhilarating.
- Gin tasting flight featuring three gin expressions, Voyager, Explorer and Eureka.
- A personalised journal provides an overview of your adventure through Tamarama Distillery and includes a list of botanicals, with a flavour wheel, that are used to create a premium quality gin with your very own personal twist. The journal provides you with the opportunity to record your recipe as a baseline for future exploration and innovation.
- Naturally, you need a special glass to appreciate your journey into the spirit world. A tasting glass featuring Tamarama Distillery’s very own guardian angel is yours so that you can enjoy your creation, and the memories, at home.
